**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** Thank you for choosing me as your stylist! To ensure I can provide the best service to all clients, please review the following policies: **Cancellation Policy** Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with **less than 24 hours' notice** will be subject to a **10% cancellation fee** based on the total cost of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. **No-Call/No-Show Policy** Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notifying me will be charged **25% of the scheduled service total**. This balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. **Late Arrivals** If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, I may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment depending on my schedule. The cancellation fee may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my business.
